About This Business
Zephyr Organics is a third-generation family farm on Concession Road 4 in the hamlet of Zephyr, in rural Uxbridge Township. The farm has grown certified organic vegetables for over three decades across more than 100 acres of fields and greenhouses in Uxbridge Township, certified by Pro-Cert Organic Systems Ltd, alongside pastured eggs from hens raised outdoors on organic feed. Customers can shop the on-farm store, stocked with the farm's own organic vegetables, herbs and fruit plus pastured eggs, raw honey, organic maple syrup and other locally sourced goods, or find the farm at the Newmarket Farmers' Market. The farm also runs a wholesale programme supplying organic produce to GTA businesses, retailers, restaurants, food processors and other CSA and food box programmes. Farm store hours (from the official site): Fridays and Saturdays 10am-4pm during the growing season, from early June to early November.
