Your Psychology Centre is the Uxbridge clinical psychology practice of Dr Beverley David, Ph.D., D.Clin.Psy., C.Psych., a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario with over 20 years of practice in Canada and the UK. The practice offers individual clinical psychology therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families, in person in Uxbridge and virtually. Presenting difficulties treated include anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties and insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, grief, trauma, anger, pain and unexplained physical symptoms, and adjustment and attachment difficulties. Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, compassion focused therapy, rational emotive behaviour therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, systemic and family therapy, solution-focused therapy, brief psychodynamic therapy and attachment-based approaches.
