About This Business
Winexpert Whitby is a make-your-own-wine (ferment-on-premise) store in Whitby, Ontario, operated alongside a sister store in Uxbridge under the Winexpert brand. Customers choose from Winexpert wine kit lines including Private Reserve, Reserve, Classic, Island Mist and Apres, then craft their wine in the store's micro-winery-style production area using modern equipment, returning later to bottle it. The store also prints free custom labels for bottles from customer-supplied artwork and wording, and highlights a rotating wine of the month. The business presents itself as a clean, elegant shop with knowledgeable staff guiding customers through kit selection and the winemaking process. The official site publishes no store hours.
