The Whitby Farmers' Market is a seasonal weekly market held every Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM at 405 Dundas Street West in downtown Whitby, running mid-May through mid-October (the 2026 season runs May 13 to October 14). Organized by the Durham Region Farmers' Market Association, it gathers local farmers and artisans selling locally grown produce, baked goods, maple syrup, honey, fresh-pressed juice, plants and flowers, and handcrafted items. Vendor rules require at least 70% of products to be produced by the vendors themselves, with the rest Canadian-grown or produced.
