Valentino's Grande Salon is a long-standing full-service hair salon in downtown Whitby, founded in 1985 by brothers Vasile and George Tsinokas. The salon runs its own in-house training academy, so every team member completes extensive education before working on the floor, and each guest receives a personalized consultation, relaxing wash and scalp massage.
