All meals are prepared fresh on Saturday and Sunday each week using 100% hormone and antibiotic free protein; vegetarian and custom meal plans are available. Meals for Monday to Friday are ready for pickup or delivery on Sundays; pickup is Sundays 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the King St. East kitchen, and delivery is available within Durham Region for an additional fee.
