The Sunderland Fall Fair is an annual September fair run by the Sunderland Agricultural Society, celebrating 173 years in 2026. Held September 15 and 16, 2026 under the theme 'Holy Cow, It's Fair Time', the fair's events include an antique tractor and car show, light and heavy horse classes, a lawn tractor pull, a 4-H dairy event, field-crop, flower, plant and vegetable displays, home-craft classes (baking, quilting, preserves, woodworking), local entertainment and children's activities, with the popular demolition derby closing the fair. The fairground sits in the northwest corner of the village, just north of Sunderland Town Hall and the Cenotaph at 20 Park Street.
