Family-run Jersey dairy farm and on-farm creamery in Hampton, operated by Tim and Sharyn Sargent and their children with four generations of farming behind them. Bottles Single Farm Reserve milk from its own Jersey herd (launched 2017) and makes pasture butter, artisanal cheeses and curds, sold in grocery stores and farm markets and through weekly home delivery. The farm store is open Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday closed, Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm; the farm also holds an annual summer open house.
