(PCI) is a Bowmanville manufacturer of Polyboard, an all-weather, eco-friendly, recyclable, waterproof recycled extruded biofiber thermoplastic composite board — developed through three years of R&D as an environmentally friendly alternative to plywood, MDF, OSB and particleboard. It operates from its own PCI Industrial Centre with 90,000 square feet of factory space. Polyboard is waterproof, weatherproof, decay-proof, corrosion-resistant and termite-repellent; its forklift-ramming-resistant scuff-liners and wall panels are a standard for fitting and retrofitting trailers and containers, and it is used as a resilient waterproof core for hardwood and laminate floors.
