Otter Greenhouses is a second-generation, family-run greenhouse at 315 Medd Road in Port Perry, serving the wholesale and retail markets for over 25 years. Covering about an acre, it is one of the largest greenhouses in the Port Perry and Uxbridge area. The product range covers annuals, perennials, huge hanging baskets, ready-to-go planters, tropicals, vegetables and herbs, soil and mulch in bagged and bulk form, fertiliser, window boxes, planters, unique fillers and garden decor. In fall the greenhouse stocks mums, ornamental cabbages and kale, and harvest-themed planters. The greenhouse is open seasonally, April to July and mid-August to October; published September hours are weekdays 10am to 5pm and weekends 10am to 4pm.
