About This Business
Certified home inspector based in Blackstock in the Township of Scugog, run by Gerhard Thielmann, combining a lifetime of construction experience with InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector training. Home inspections put the home, its systems and components through a series of controlled tests and observations, delivered as a full written report plus a summary of defects that the inspector reviews with the client so every finding is explained. An infrared camera is included in every inspection to detect energy loss, moisture intrusion and electrical hot spots, and reports are organized, easy to read and fully digital on inspection day. The firm also offers construction services, home maintenance reminders and flexible billing options, serving Durham Region, the Kawarthas, Prince Edward County and everywhere in between. The official site lists open hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
