About This Business
A contemporary craft gallery on Queen Street in downtown Port Perry, operating since 2005 and showing work by more than 120 Ontario artists and artisans, from pottery, glass and paintings to jewellery and silk scarves. Alongside the gallery, META4 runs adult art and craft classes for students aged 14 and older: small-group instruction by professional artists in painting, drawing, silversmithing, pottery, woodburning, felting, encaustic and printmaking, with daytime, evening and weekend options as weekly courses or single workshops. The gallery also stocks artist-quality art supplies on-site; registered class students receive 15% off supplies and students with ID save 10%. Phone 905-985-1534 for class calendars, artist submissions or gift shopping.
