About This Business
Foster-based, all-volunteer dog rescue established in Ontario in 2006. LOYAL takes in stray, abandoned, abused and surrendered dogs and places them in volunteer foster homes for evaluation and care, working to rehabilitate each dog physically and emotionally before adoption. Every dog receives full pre-adoption veterinary care including vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming and spay/neuter, plus surgeries, dentals and x-rays where needed. Adoptions follow a structured process of application, phone interview, veterinary and personal reference checks, home visit and review by the adoptions committee. The rescue also advocates for canine welfare, including rescue from mass breeding operations. The official site publishes no public phone number and no opening hours; the published address is a mailing address only, as dogs are cared for in private foster homes.
