About This Business
Kumon of Pickering - Seaton is a maths and reading tutoring centre at 2460 Brock Road, Unit 202 in Pickering. It follows the Kumon Method: daily worksheet practice that builds maths skills from counting and basic operations through fractions, algebra, trigonometry and calculus, and reading skills from pre-reading and vocabulary through grammar and comprehension. Students fill in learning gaps, learn to work independently and often study above their school grade level; a digital Kumon Connect tablet option is available. New students are offered a free assessment. Published centre hours: Monday 4:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday 4:00pm-7:00pm, Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm. Phone 289-277-2800.
