About This Business
Kumon of Pickering - Liverpool & Kingston is a maths and reading tutoring centre inside the Pickering Supercentre at 1792 Liverpool Road, Unit 103. It follows the Kumon Method: daily worksheet practice that moves students step by step through maths topics from counting and basic operations to algebra, trigonometry, calculus and probability, and through reading from pre-reading skills and vocabulary to grammar, sentence building and comprehension. A digital Kumon Connect tablet option lets students complete worksheets with a stylus, with progress history parents can review. New students are offered a free assessment. Published centre hours: Monday to Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday 1:00pm-4:00pm. Phone 289-275-7377.
