About This Business
Hess Equestrian is a horse training, lessons and boarding facility at 7790 Concession Road 5, Uxbridge, run by trainer Justin. Services include horse training built on a mindfulness foundation — developing a dialogue with the horse to build confidence and a powerful connection between horse and rider — private riding lessons ($60 per session, in English and/or Western saddle, personalized for beginners through returning riders), and horse boarding: indoor board at $775 + HST per month (outdoor day/indoor night, small-group turnout, four hay feeds daily of Hess-grown hay, customized feed programs, matted stalls, blanketing service, wash stall) and outdoor board at $475 + HST. Justin also provides horse trailering/shipping services to equestrian events and for emergency calls, plus trailer-loading lessons, drawing on 20 years of pressure-and-release shipping experience.
