Brent Herrington and his team do all fresh cutting, grinding, sausage making and burger making in house, sourcing high-quality, ethically raised local meats. The shop is known for its award-winning meat pies, freezer packs, fresh turkeys and weekly in-store specials, and takes custom orders and special cuts. All orders require 24 hours notice. Brent Herrington won the Ontario's Finest Butcher competition.
