Mortgage Brokers

ABC Mortgages

ABC Mortgages is an independent mortgage brokerage based at 2540 William Jackson Dr in Pickering, operating under Matrix Mortgage Global (brokerage licence #13392). Its licensed mortgage agent (#11108) works with clients from the first consultation through funding. Because the brokerage is independent of any single bank, it shops a network of major banks, credit unions, alternative lenders and private lenders to arrange mortgage structures and rates that fit each client's situation. Services include first-time buyer mortgages (down payment strategies, RRSP Home Buyers' Plan, First Home Savings Account, land transfer tax rebates and pre-approvals), refinancing and renewals (consolidating high-interest debt, funding renovations or investment, and reviewing renewal offers before signing), home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) secured against the home, second mortgages and private mortgages for borrowers who do not fit traditional lending boxes (self-employed borrowers, bruised credit, consumer proposals, time-sensitive deals), commercial mortgages for owner-occupied and investment properties, and programs built for newcomers to Canada and self-employed borrowers with non-traditional income or limited Canadian credit history. Consultations are free, and on standard lender-paid deals the lender pays the brokerage's commission rather than the client.
