About This Business
Forsythe Family Farms is a working family farm at 1025 Cragg Road in Greenbank, about 10 minutes east of Uxbridge. The farm market sells fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on the farm and by local farmers, alongside homemade baked goods, preserves and farm-made treats. Visitors can meet the farm animals, cuddle a bunny, explore the fields and forest, journey through the sunflower trail and get lost in the corn maze. Pick-your-own options include pumpkins, flowers, strawberries, peas and beans in season, and fall harvest festival weekends bring family activities and hands-on outdoor exploration. The farm runs a CSA program with flexible share options, plus educational farm tours from May to November for schools, daycares and homeschoolers, and a Little Farmers Toddler Program for ages 2 to 4. Open to the public Wednesdays to Sundays, May 13th through December 24th: Wednesdays 9:30am to 2:00pm, Thursdays to Sundays 9:30am to 5:00pm (hours vary with the season; the site advises calling for current hours and pick-your-own conditions). Greenbank is a community in the Township of Scugog.
