Formokan Judo Club is an Oshawa judo club that has taught judo since 1975, counting two-time Olympian and Pan Am gold medallist Kelita Zupancic among its long-time members. Weekly classes run Tuesday and Thursday: juniors (ages 7-12) 6:30-7:30 pm and seniors (12+) 8:00-9:30 pm, plus senior open training Fridays 7:00-8:30 pm. The first trial class is free.
