Faith Place is a welcoming non-profit senior living community in the heart of downtown Oshawa, providing safe, affordable, independent housing for adults aged 60 and over since 1981. In partnership with Faith Lutheran Church, its 12-storey residence offers 185 self-contained apartments (one-bedroom, two-bedroom and wheelchair-accessible suites) for residents capable of independent living. Optional congregate dining serves hot restaurant-style midday meals Monday to Friday, and limited 24-hour one-on-one PSW support is available. On-site amenities include a full-service hair salon, laundry facilities, library and controlled building access, and residents are encouraged to join activities, volunteer opportunities and social events. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; apartment viewings are by appointment.
