About This Business
Enniskillen Conservation Area is a 65-hectare Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) property near the village of Enniskillen in rural Clarington, on the south slopes of the Oak Ridges Moraine. It features 5.5 km of hiking trails through cedar swamp and mixed deciduous forest along Bowmanville Creek — the Brook Trout, Cedar, Moorey Mill, Ruffed Grouse and Turtle trails — plus bird watching, fishing in the creek and two ponds, cycling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, a nature play area and a free downloadable Avenza trail map.
