About This Business
Country Lane Pet Resort is a dog boarding facility on Taunton Road in Bowmanville offering safe day and overnight boarding for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Dogs stay in private, climate-controlled accommodation that is cleaned daily, with a general boarding area featuring 4 by 6 foot runs for guests of 20lbs or more and a smaller, quieter room with exclusive exercise space for small dogs. The daily routine includes morning, midday, afternoon and evening exercise periods, with meals prepared around 5pm and bedtime between 8pm and 9pm; dogs are not mixed in the same exercise area, though sociable dogs may share a fence line. The resort requires a trial visit before an initial stay, offers optional leash walks in its back fields, and is also home to Primitive Raw Pet Foods, selling raw pet food on site. Boarding check-in and out is Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am and 4pm to 6pm, and Sunday 9am to 11:30am and 4pm to 6pm; day boarders can be dropped off and picked up Monday to Saturday 7:30am to 8pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm.
