About This Business
Becca Sawyer Therapy is the Oshawa practice of Becca Sawyer, a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #13743) offering individual therapy for adolescents and adults, plus relationship and family therapy, in person in Oshawa and virtually across Ontario. Working from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed perspective, Becca welcomes clients of all races, faiths, backgrounds, abilities, neurotypes, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Areas of focus include 2SLGBTQ+ affirming therapy, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism, with or without formal diagnosis), processing religious-based harm and faith deconstruction, navigating grief, unlearning diet culture from a fat liberationist lens, and exploring identity formation through life transitions such as parenting, divorce, career change, or loss. Sessions draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to build a collaborative, client-centred therapeutic relationship. Standard fees range from $160 to $200 for a 50-minute individual session and $200 to $250 for relationship and family sessions, with sliding-scale options available for those needing greater financial accessibility. Free 15-minute consultation calls are offered to explore fit before booking.
