About This Business
BCR Design Build is a Durham Region and GTA basement renovation specialist founded by Quacy Barry, with dedicated Oshawa service pages. The company finishes basements of all kinds — legal basement apartments, in-law and multi-generational suites, home theatres, home offices and gyms — starting every project with a paid 90-minute on-site Feasibility Assessment. Every BCR project carries a fixed price, a written timeline with a $1,000-per-week on-time penalty, and a 7-year warranty. Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm; closed Sunday. BCR is a service-area business that comes to the customer's home; no street address is published on its official site.
