About This Business

Farm-based cidery in the hills north of Uxbridge making traditional slow-fermented cider from Ontario apples, specialising in drier styles and local fruit infusions such as the community-sourced Citizens Cider. After an 18-month break the patio and tasting room have returned: visitors can taste flights in the orchard tasting room or on the patio, enjoy weekend live music and firepits, and bring kids and dogs. Take-home bottles are sold through The Second Wedge Brewing Co. in Uxbridge, and empties can be returned for the 25-cent deposit. Open Friday to Sunday.
