Grief Recovery Ontario
Grief Recovery Ontario teaches the Grief Recovery Method to people in Whitby who are ready to move past loss rather than simply cope with it. Led by grief recovery specialist and bereavement facilitator Catherine Mitchell, the practice offers 8-week group sessions for up to 15 people, seven one-hour one-on-one mentoring sessions using the same step-by-step method, a four-week children's grief program, and workplace grief support for businesses. Sessions address grief from death, divorce, career and health changes, and other major disappointments in life.
