Wellness Centres
V Lounge is a pelvic health, fitness and coaching studio in downtown Whitby built around the Emsella chair, a non-invasive pelvic floor treatment that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to produce deep pelvic floor contractions while the client remains fully clothed. It is located at 109 Centre Street South, Whitby, Ontario L1N 4V6, phone (289) 272-6971, website https://www.vlounge.ca/. Services include Emsella treatment sessions (free demo and consultation, single sessions, a standard six-session protocol spread over three weeks, and maintenance sessions); and an integrative pelvic floor coaching programme covering breathing workshops, posture and alignment instruction, relaxation for recovery, in-person and virtual fitness classes, bladder retraining tools, Emsella workout boosters, one-to-one support and coaching, and digital and printable workbooks. The studio focuses on urinary incontinence, urgency, night waking and bladder control, and presents Emsella as a complement to pelvic floor physiotherapy rather than a replacement for it. Opening hours published on the official site: Monday 1:00pm–4:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am–8:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am–4:00pm, Thursday 10:00am–8:00pm, Friday 10:00am–4:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm.
