Falcon Brewing Company
Falcon Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Ajax, Ontario, operating as Falcon Awesome craft beer. Incorporated in December 2014 and selling beer in Ontario since early 2015, the company opened its own Ajax brewery on March 16, 2017. The brewery keeps about 20 beers in production at any time, with ten available on tap at all times and cans for take-out directly from the brewery. Seven brands are permanent fixtures and the remaining taps rotate for a changing selection. Two beers, Bomb Girls and Munition, are named in honour of the women who worked at Ajax's large WWII munitions plant and the town itself. Services: on-site craft brewery, taproom with rotating draft taps, and cans for take-out. Published hours: Mon 1pm-10pm, Tue-Thu 1pm-10pm, Fri-Sat 12pm-11pm, Sun 12pm-8pm.
